Advance CNC Machining recently attended the Forging Industry Association’s 2013 Forge Fair here in Columbus, Ohio. If you are not familiar, Forge Fair is the only exhibition and conference event to focus specifically on the forging industry.
You may wonder why a machine shop would attend such an event. Well, we already do plenty of work for the forging industry and plan on doing a lot more. We currently machine forgings, castings, stampings, alloys, aluminum, stainless steel and bronze for our forging customers. We are custom manufacturers of rolls, mandrels, idler rolls and axial shafts.
Advance CNC Machining also specializes in gearbox rebuilding and maintenance machining. Our team of machining experts provides 24/7 emergency repair and scheduled maintenance services to some of the most respected companies in the forging industry. We can use reverse engineering techniques to create new parts from broken and worn parts or we can machine parts from virtually any type of drawing you provide.
Why forging companies use Advance CNC Machining:
Large part machining – As a general rule of thumb we can manufacture parts up to the size of a golf cart. BUT there are often exceptions to that rule of thumb so contact us to discuss the specifications of your parts.
Free Shipping – Location doesn’t have to be a barrier because we can cover the freight. We already serve customers in 22 states.
Quotes in less than 48 hours – We value our customer’s time so we start working on finding the best solutions as soon as we receive a quote request.
Stocking Program – We can produce your parts in large quantities and store them until you’re ready for us to ship them to you. Click here for more information about how our stocking program can help you reduce inventory costs and improve cash flow.
